  • Key Responsibilities

    • Handle end-to-end procurement activities for MEP packages and services.
    • Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
    • Source and evaluate vendors/subcontractors for MEP works and materials.
    • Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and comparative analysis.
    • Lead commercial negotiations, finalization of contracts, and PO issuance.
    • Coordinate with project, QS, design, and site teams for procurement requirements.
    • Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials/equipment.
    • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual obligations.
    • Track market trends, pricing benchmarks, and supplier performance.
    • Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.


  • Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • 8–15 years of experience in MEP procurement within construction, EPC, consultancy, or data center projects.
    • Strong understanding of MEP systems, vendors, materials, and subcontracting.
    • Experience in handling large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects preferred.
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
