Potential Career Paths
Cost Management
Support the financial and commercial management of projects, developing skills in estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost reporting, and commercial management.
Project Management
Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, working with clients, consultants, and contractors to help ensure successful project outcomes.
Project Controls
Develop expertise in the systems and processes that support project delivery, including planning, scheduling, cost control, reporting, risk management, and performance monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
We are interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- A genuine interest in the construction, property, or consultancy industry.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop new technical and commercial skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to projects.
Previous industry experience is beneficial but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to build a career within the industry.
