We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major projects within a highly regulated, technically demanding environment. You’ll take ownership of semi complex projects and multiple simple workstreams, driving performance, shaping delivery strategy, and ensuring outcomes land exactly where they need to.
Your day to day might look like -
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver major projects in line with operational and management frameworks
- Managing stakeholder requirements, ensuring clarity of objectives, acceptance criteria and delivery expectations
- Overseeing project performance, highlighting risks, shortfalls and lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement
- Working closely with Project Controls to build and maintain robust performance measurement baselines
- Ensuring compliance, quality, cost and schedule performance across all assigned projects or control accounts
- Setting project priorities, adapting plans and resources to meet operational challenges
- Influencing strategy within your area and shaping project delivery approaches
- Managing direct and indirect technical delivery teams across multiple projects
- Developing and improving management toolsets to meet evolving customer and technical requirements
- Owning budgets, schedules and scope, ensuring efficient and cost effective delivery
- Identifying risks and opportunities, implementing mitigations and driving value
- Applying NEC4 knowledge to manage in flight change effectively
