    Job Purpose:
    The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day construction activities on site from start to project completion.
    • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
    • Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, and take corrective actions when required.
    • Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and ensure compliance on site.
    • Review and implement construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation.
    • Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is delivered as per contractual requirements.
    • Assist in procurement processes, including reviewing technical submissions and material approvals.
    • Identify risks and issues on site and implement mitigation plans.
    • Support in managing variations, claims, and site-related contractual matters.
    • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
    • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • 8–12 years of experience in construction, with proven site management experience.
    • Experience in delivering construction projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure).
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.

    • Good leadership and team supervision abilities.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
