    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the management of day-to-day construction activities on site from project initiation to completion.
    • Assist in coordinating with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
    • Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, and report deviations to the Construction Manager.
    • Help ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Support the enforcement of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and ensure compliance on site.
    • Assist in reviewing and implementing construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation.
    • Supervise subcontractors under the direction of the Construction Manager and ensure work meets contractual requirements.
    • Participate in procurement activities, including reviewing technical submissions and material approvals.
    • Identify potential risks and issues on site and escalate them with recommended mitigation actions.
    • Assist in managing variations, claims, and site-related contractual matters.
    • Prepare and contribute to regular progress reports for senior management.
    • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in construction, with exposure to site supervision or coordination roles.
    • Experience supporting the delivery of construction projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure).
    • Good knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.

    • Ability to support team leadership and site supervision.
    • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
